How I stopped snacking all day long — without giving up snacks. Let’s talk about a habit that sneaks up on most of us — especially if we work long hours, sit at a desk, or have stress levels that peak by noon: Workday snacking. It starts innocently enough. A biscuit with your tea. A handful of something crunchy during a Zoom call.
